Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.

One of our Housing clients are looking for an Outreach Worker to cover across the Pembrokeshire area. You will be working with service users experiencing homelessness living in temporary accommodation.

Be required to visit service users in their own homes or in local community centres, and assist them with their housing and general wellbeing needs.
- Providing housing related support as well as property management as well as supporting service users to achieve independence.
- Engaging with referral agencies and local authorities.
- Regularly review and record progress of each service user in a person centred support plan.
- Ensuring properties are always adequately equipped and maintained
- Supporting service users with domestic tasks wherever possible

Experience Required:

- Housing or Support Worker experience
- Completing Assessments and completing safeguarding
- Can display previous experience of working with vulnerable people and those with complex needs.

You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting. Some of these roles will require a drivers licence and access to a car.
