Adele Carr Recruitment are currently seeking an Executive Assistant on behalf of a large, prestigious client for a 12 month maternity cover paying up to £28,000pa. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and organisational assistance to the Managing Director.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director in their day-to-day tasks and activities.
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director.
Prepare and organise documents, reports and correspondence.
Act as a point of contact and liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients on behalf of the Managing Director.
Conduct research and gather information as requested by the Managing Director.
Assist in organising and coordinating events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support the other departments as needed in administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in using office software and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience as an executive assistant is preferred, but not required.
