About you:

- You will have experience of our Synergy, Mosaic and Core+ solutions from working within a Local Authority Setting.
- You will be Confident, articulate and a good communicator, both orally and written, to deliver training and consultancy with clear and concise instruction.
- You will be able to listen to customer's requirements and translate these into system solutions.
- You will have a strong sense of customer success
- You will have strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
- You will develop and maintain a product knowledge of our solutions
- You will understand and advise on Ofsted and DfE policy changes and information recording needs.
Day-to-day, you will:

- Develop SQL solutions in accordance with agreed specifications. Outputs to include: Data Quality Scripts, Reports, data corrections and other bespoke SQL work required to deliver projects.
- To provide quotes for bespoke customer SQL Development
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of software engineering discipline, processes, and methodologies.
- Take responsibility for learning new skills as necessary to follow up issues, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of latest database technologies.
- Take an active role in all stages of the process including analysis, design, estimation, implementation, and unit testing following internal quality standards.
- Work with developers and managers to ensure that future development is done in a way consistent with Business Requirements.

- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with frequent releases.
- SQL?
- Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server T-SQL?
- Version control - son, git or similar?
- Experience Providing 2nd/3rd level support.
- Experience of writing technical documentation.
