We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the driving force in this transformative journey as the **Head of Property Services**.

As the Head of Property, you will be a confident leader unafraid of challenging discussions. Your ability to adapt your leadership style and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders will be instrumental in driving success.

We are looking for an individual who embodies our values, promotes a culture of trust and positive behaviours, and leads by example.
- To be responsible for the development, delivery and review of all aspects of the Property Assets Team.
- To lead on strategic and financial planning, development, commissioning and delivery of services within the Property Team.
- As part of the Property Leadership Team, to lead on the planning, co-ordination and monitoring of business planning and improvement activity across the department to ensure priorities are delivered and value for money achieved.

**The ability to communicate in Welsh is essential for this role.**
