**Safehands Healthcare are recruiting a full team of staff to cover our new exciting journey into Gloucestershire.**

We provide round-the-clock support packages to support adults and children, who have long term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own home.

The job:
Working 2:1 or 1:1 within the home you will spend your whole shift with one client. Your day will consist of following and fulfilling the care plan. You will also encourage and support the client with achieving their goals - whether these be completing a university degree, to spend days out with family and friends or watching their favourite series on the TV. No two days are the same

You will be supporting a Young 17 year old Male mostly in the community. He has suffered with an ABI from a young age and learning disabilities. Your days will consist of picking him up from his house and spending the day out with him in the community doing activities that he would like to do until your shift is over. Drivers licence is essential as the client will be accessing the community in your personal vehicle - Mileage paid.

What we need from you:
A minimum of 6 months hands on experience in complex care.
You must be able to commit to your booked shifts each week.

Access to your own car is essential and Business insurance is needed as the client will be going out in the community in your car.

A can do attitude and passion for providing quality support.

out of term time:

- Tuesdays - 2pm - 8pm
- Thursdays - 2pm - 8pm
- Alternate weekend - 10am - 6pm week 1 - Saturday then the following week is a Sunday

in term time:
tuesdays - 4pm - 8pm

Thursdays - 4pm - 8pm

Extra 4 hours to be used flexibly

Alternate weekends - same as above.
