**37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm**

We are looking for an Assistive Technology (AT) Assessor and Installer to assess service users’ needs for assistive technology and provide effective installation and maintenance of equipment within service users’ homes.

We offer a range of assistive technologies to support people with a variety of needs and are always developing our portfolio of technologies to ensure that we can provide our customers with the most effective support solutions available.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.

**The role of AT Assessor and Installer will include**:

- Assessing customer requirements and installing telecare solutions for new and existing customers
- Reviewing and maintaining customer equipment
- Calling existing customers to review their package
- Updating systems with customer details
- Scheduling own workload
- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
- Company van provided and overnight stays may be required

**Skills and experiences**:

- Good customer service skills and a caring nature
- Good communication and listening skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
- Self motivated
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
