**Customer Service Co-Ordinator**
**Liverpool**
**Salary to £25,000 plus excellent benefits package**

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a growing service business based in Liverpool. They are looking for an experienced, commercially astute customer service Co-ordinator to work with their client base and support the business.

**Key responsibilities include -**
- Being responsible for managing situations where customers intend to switch suppliers or cancel orders.
- Be understanding and be able to resolve and overcome customer issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Through key retention strategies to secure updated business and contract agreements from customers.
- Ability to build relationships and rapport at all levels.
- Provide ongoing education of contract details and gain commitment for further contracts.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Business Support Manager to resolve unique customer issues.
- Increases revenue and profitability by delivering retention to improve the customers’ service.
- Matches services with customer need by demonstrating customer knowledge.
- Effectively use software
- Acquires in depth industry and company knowledge in order to prepare complex proposals.
- Support the sales team by implementing agreements and guidance.

This role would best suit someone who is a commercially experienced customer service co-ordinator, who has tenacity and drive to achieve the best results for the client base.
You will be passionate about customer retention through excellent service levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
