In this role, you will be helping to deliver our Safety, Health, and Wellbeing Strategy, and ensuring compliance with the Thames Water management system, standards, processes, and procedures. You will provide technical skills and support both on-site and remotely to ensure the safe running of our operations.

**What you will be doing as a Health Safety & Wellbeing Advisor**
- Undertake audits/inspections.
- Assist in the review and agreement process of safe systems of work and risk assessments where there is a significant risk to safety and the environment.
- Provide support and advice to stakeholders (which will include wholesale, support service staff, and contractors) on Safety, Health, and Well-being matters including compliance with applicable legislation and industry best practices.
- Deliver training in line with the annual training plan.
- Assist with compliance on high-hazard sites under the COMAH regulations.
- Lead incident investigations.
- Liaise with enforcing authorities and professional/industry groups.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Experience in facility management, and fire risk assessment would be beneficial.
- NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ level 5.
- CMIOSH or working towards.
- Full UK Driving license.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal and the ability to communicate with senior business leaders.
- Be self-motivated and able to work as a part of a team.

- Competitive salary from £41,040 to £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
- Annual Leave: 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
