**The Company Overview**:
Butler rose are partnered with a successful, innovative manufacturing and distribution company based in Trafford Park but with a global footprint. This fantastic opportunity, a newly created regional accountant role, would be ideal for an energetic, ambitiousindividual capable of hitting the ground running who would like to make the most of a really unique opportunity. Reporting directly into the Group Controller who knows the business inside out, you'll get as much finance exposure as you'd like in this varied,hands-on role.

**Your new role as Regional Accountant**:
**Your duties will include**:

- Full responsibility for managing the month end process ready for review. Includes journals, reconciliations, some invoice entry, UK payment runs.
- VAT for all entities. France & Netherlands monthly, RSA bi monthly, UK quarterly
- External and internal finance Audits - Main contact
- IFRS16 reporting
- Support budgets and forecasts
- Point of contact for group finance (EMEA)
- Improve the controls environment within the business
- Support and develop accounts clerk
- Support operational / commercial projects
- Identify and implement improvements across all finance processes

**The Experience & Qualifications Required**:
Driven, energetic and ambitious

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) - At least 3 years PQE

Experience in the preparation of Management / Financial Accounts for a group of companies

Experience in the external audit process

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to explain financial issues in an accessible way to non-finance people

**Your Reward & The Package On Offer**:

A salary of £45,000 - 50,000 per annum (dependant on skills and experience)

Annual bonus dependant on company/individual performance

Accounting system training

Located close to the Trafford Centre

Very occasional travel to the U.S and other areas in Europe.
