Sales Support Administrator

Our client is a well -established business who are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team to provide a comprehensive support to the Sales team and ensure the customers have the best experience possible.
Salary is between £21,000 - £23,000 p/a based on experience plus excellent benefits.
Your role will primarily be to assist Account Managers and ensure their orders run smoothly both externally and in-house.
Your main duties will include:
- Creating Sales Quotations for customer presentation.
- Liaising with Suppliers to ensure orders are progressed correctly and meet deadlines.
- Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to quotations and orders.
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaising with other departments to ensure orders are correct/on schedule.
- Keeping customers updated with estimated time of arrival to meet deadlines.
- Providing any support needed for the sales team.
Your ideal knowledge/qualities:
- IT Literate
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Well Organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Work well under pressure.
- Customer Service Skills.
