**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the office.
- Answering calls/door entry buzzer to verify visitors/drivers.
- Arranging courier collections via online portal
- Taking online payments via Worldpay platform
- Matching delivery notes/collection notes and general filing
- Stocking & Loading photocopier with paper
- Data entry in Sage 50 software
- Leasing Admin duties
- Stationary cupboard maintenance
- Stocking fridges with drinks
- Making coffee for Directors and Visitors as required.
- Loading/unloading dishwasher
- Other Duties as maybe required
**Package**:
Apart from a very competitive salary we also will be offering:
**Hours**:9:00am to 5:30pm (including 1 hour for lunch)
**Holidays**:22 days (3 days to be taken over Christmas period) plus all English Bank Holidays.
**Pension**: Pension scheme provided upon satisfactory completion of probationary period with Smart Pensions
We are looking for the person to start from mid to late January. We are not expecting the individual to have all the above experience as training will be provided. However, proving your skills in accuracy and customer service is the key to success for this role.
