A Global insurance company is looking for a **Complaints Administrator** to join their team in the centre of **Birmingham**.
As a Complaints Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the complaints team, **managing the complaints inbox**, and **taking ownership of all assigned complaints cases**.
You will also be required to build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who has **strong written and verbal communication** skills, **excellent customer service skills**, and ideally, previous experience of working within a complaint handling environment.
