We are in need of a relationship focused sales associate who can take control of customer enquiries regarding smaller events and meetings. You’ll need to quickly interpret the customer needs and select the right space to suit their requirements, in order to maximise our revenue by converting the right business and the right time and at the right rate.

Our sales associates also manage the event planning process and encourage repeat business by providing excellent event management and service delivery.

It’s critical that you are organised, efficient and reliable to ensure that any prospective customers are enchanted by our beautiful surroundings and 5* service.

You’ll need to possess a range of core skills, including;
- A background in sales, ideally with exposure to the hospitality industry.
- An infectious charisma, that can help you to forge bonds with those you meet.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A great team ethic - a willingness to immerse yourself into a thriving group of likeminded individuals to create shared successes.
- A hunger to personally and professionally develop.
- A solid understanding of using systems and software to support your work.
