A vacancy has arisen for a temporary **Purchasing Administrator** within the Purchasing Department for a busy, well-known business with an international presence.

They need an experienced **Purchasing Administrator **who has good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task.
- Analyse customer requirements
- Resolve any purchase order processing issues
- Liaise with Accounts Payable team to ensure prompt resolution of supplier invoice price queries.
- Risk management, updating documents and ensure updates on a regular basis
- Liaise with suppliers to agree to Audit scheduling
- Data gathering and analysis
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders

**Skills & experience**:

- High level IT skills, especially within Excel.
- Previous Buying experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is desirable
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Full time, temporary role for 6 months with onsite parking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £13.85 per hour
