Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Initially on site full time while training - Hybrid working available once trained with the view of working on site 2 days per week.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Purchase Department by maintaining vendor and part price data within their system databases. Providing central administrative support to the Purchase Department, including attending and supporting team meetings and assisting with any ad hoc tasks as required.
Reporting Purchase statistical data for internal and Group use, preparing monthly general purchase reports and KPI packs, and providing relevant reports and information to other functional areas when needed.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of data within the Purchase systems, including part price, vendor details, and purchase order maintenance.
To excel in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in administration within a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.While not required, experience working with SAP within a Purchase environment will be advantageous. Join our client's Purchase Department and be part of a dedicated team that is committed to operational excellence and delivering first-class service.
