**About The Role**:
We are currently seeking a Lead Receptionist with excellent organisational, customer service and managerial skills to lead the reception team at our busy Mawsley Dental Clinic based in Kettering.

The main duties will include:

- Working alongside the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the practice
- Leading the receptionist team and to support training of other new receptionists within the region
- Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
- Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines

**Days/Hours**:Monday & Tuesday - 07:30 - 16:30, Wednesday - 07:30 - 14:00, Thursday & Friday - 07:45 - 14:15
