**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and managing the patient schedule effectively.
- Taking payments and processing financial transactions accurately.
- Providing information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist is a must.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Proficiency in taking payments and handling financial transactions.
- Strong literacy skills and proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
