**Who we are**:
We are a well-established and growing national distributor for castors and wheels, based in Leicester but with customers all over the UK, Europe and further afield. We supply products from global suppliers and have a thriving sales team and a growing e commerce website. We want you to speak to customers with a smile, be engaged and interested in their business and provide excellent customer service

**About the role**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and reacting positively to customer queries.
- Processing E-Commerce customer orders from website and to Sage system
- Daily Communication with Sales Team providing order and customer updates
- Taking payments from Customers
- Sending order confirmations
- Processing Amazon and E Bay Orders
- Monitoring sales order delivery dates and keeping Customers informed
- Managing returns and refunds and responding to Customer reviews
- Dealing with customer inquiries on the Online Chat system
- Liaising with Couriers and creating export documentation

**Skills we require**:

- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a Customer Services role
- Confident on the phone speaking to customers and building rapport.
- Excellent attention to detail in administrative tasks and competent IT skills
- A passion to ensure customers have a positive experience
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative approach and being part of a happy team
