**Property Coordinator - Full Time Vacancy - Salary Range £22,000 - £23,000 PA plus £2500 OTE**

Hunters are currently searching for a Property Coordinator to be based in our superb city centre office in Lichfield
You will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

We are offering a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise on a day to day basis with existing and new customers ensuring the highest standard of customer service are met.
- Prepare inventories before the tenancy commencement.
- Booking and conducting of property visits ensuring correct paper trail is kept.
- Organising any repairs from the property visits and liaising with contractors to ensure the works are complete.
- Complete and follow through check out inspections.
- Handle any disputes between the landlords and tenants and if necessary the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
- Handle property maintenance as issues are reported.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Develop relationships with contractors and organise estimates, repairs and maintenance as appropriate.
- Organise gas and electrical safety maintenance files for all managed properties.
- To communicate the company vision and values.

- A customer driven individual with a passion to exceed expectations
- Previous experience or understanding of the Lettings industry is preferred
- Ability to build positive rapport with customers
- Able to show excellent organisation and efficiency skills
- Comfortable in achieving and exceeding set KPI targets
- Excellent attention to detail
- An outgoing, positive and bubbly personality
