We are working with one of the top aviation software companies in the world who provide world class aviation technology that enable the aviation industry to deliver world class levels of efficiency, safety and compliance. You will be responsible for customer liaison and managing customer expectations as well as providing administration support for the Customer Support team as and when required. **What you’ll be doing**:

- Record accurate information from clients and determine the appropriate action.
- Ensure all new tasks received are entered correctly by the client and assigned to the correct team.
- Support Clients with deadlines and communicate with clients to manage expectations.
- Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company.

**What you’ll need**:

- Strong customer service skills along with excellent planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills in line with Changes in software and systems.
