Project Support Officer- Primary Care Access

**Job Summary**: The purpose of the role is to: Undertake a variety of key administrative duties to assist the PCARP team with all aspects of the programme. Facilitate effective communication across the broad range of stakeholders to assure the smooth-running of all organisational aspects of PCARP. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and work closely with stakeholders including NCL ICB, Digital First Team, Clinical leadership Teams, NCL Training hub, Digital and Transformation leads, NCL Practice teams, Patient representatives organisations (e.g. Healthwatch) and other key stakeholders as required.
Support the development and delivery of PCARP programme board ensuring this is effectively organised to guarantee optimum attendance and provide flexibility, where needed. Contribute to the development and upkeep of the PCARP Sharepoint pages and lead on ensuring agreed communications are distributed promptly and effectively. Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Undertake a wide range of administrative duties which include ensuring all information is managed correctly, stored and followed up accordingly.
Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft office-based software including: o Word processing typing of general correspondence and reports. o Creating and designing presentations using PowerPoint. o Data collation and input using databases and spread sheets. Demonstrate great judgement and maintain confidentiality on a day-to-day basis.
Co-ordinate conferences, workshops, multi-disciplinary meetings, or other events as required. Develop flyers, booking forms and project managing the arrangements for any agreed events. Prepare meeting agendas with guidance from Programme Manager, along with papers and taking minutes and action logs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining an accurate document management system in line with information governance guidelines.
Support the Programme Manager to delivery contract management reports and performance dashboards with the support of the IGPF Analytics team. Order stocks and stationery as required and support invoicing processes in conjunction with IGPF Finance team. Health & Safety: The post-holder will assist in promoting and maintaining their own and others health, safety and security as defined in the Federations Health & Safety Policy, to include: Using personal security systems within the workplace according to IGPF guidelines.
Identifying the risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks. Making effective use of training to update knowledge and skills. Personal/Professional Development: The post-holder will participate in any training programme implemented by the Federation as part of this employment, such training to include: Participation in an annual individual performance review, including taking responsibility for maintaining a record of own personal and/or professional development. Taking responsibility for own development, learning and performance and demonstrating skills and activities to others who are undertaking similar work.

Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the teams performance.
