Facilities Coordinator

You will assist in the running of the Facilities department in both hard and soft services across all Group Company sites. Ensuring the upkeep of all buildings and sites and compliance with any legislation as appropriate.
Hard services required include but are not restricted to: Lighting, Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, Building Maintenance & Fire systems.
Soft systems required include administrative duties applicable to the role.
The role will require occasional visits to other sites on an ad hoc basis therefore a full driving licence is essential.
**Main duties will be**:
- Maintain facilities ticketing system of remedial works / maintenance requests.
- Sourcing and / or obtaining supplier quotes for planned, preventative maintenance and ad hoc, remedial requests.
- Keep contract and PPM databases up to date
- Ensure all site waste (Head Offices & retail stores) is disposed of appropriately, promoting recycling initiatives to minimise general waste and promote the Company’s green agenda.
- Review daily security reports and escalate appropriately if required
- Ensure keyholder logs / emergency contact information is kept up to date
- Ensure fixed wire testing regulatory cycles are adhered to.
- Support monthly vehicle mileage records and maintenance schedules
- Maintain monthly utilities databases and meter reading submissions.
- Stock take & replenishment of HQ welfare supplies
- Professional, confident, personable attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- MS Office experience, particularly Excel
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Team player and self-starter
- Able to establish excellent working relationships quickly
- Commercially aware
