Position available for Project Administrator in St Helens based Office.

We are an air conditioning and ventilation contractor that specialises in installation & service to the commercial sector throughout Great Britain.

5 Days a week within standard working week. Hours 08:30 to 16:30 (includes 1 hour lunch). Full Time.

Full induction over a couple of days would be provided and tasks explained.

**Skills Needed**
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Punctual and well mannered
- Ability to handle phone calls with customers
- Willing to prioritise certain tasks
- Willing to learn new software
- previous experience in construction industry would favour suitability

**Position Tasks**
- Handling phone calls with field engineers and supply chain
- Procuring supply chain quotations and placing orders, assigned to projects
- Creating Job Sheets, Quotations & Invoices
- Learning technical queries and new software for Service
- Booking accommodation for Field Operatives
