Human Resources Administrator

**Duties**:

- Utilize HR software systems such as iCIMS, Paychex, and Taleo to manage employee data and perform administrative tasks.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and coordinating development programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to inform decision-making.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as iCIMS, Paychex, Taleo, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
