**Location**:Chorley, Lancashire

**Salary**:£22,734 p.a.

**Hours**: 40 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

**Hybrid Working**: 2 x days office & 3 x days home

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working within a fast paced, results focused organisation on 3 of the cruise travel industries leading agency websites;
- _SixStarCruises.co.uk_ - Europe’s largest seller of ultra-luxury cruises

You’ll gain hands on experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Display campaigns. You’ll be ready to learn, results focused with a keen eye for detail and ready to make changes that deliver measurable results.

**What you will be doing**:

- Updating daily tracker reports to monitor campaign spends and performance, escalating as needed.
- Liaising with 3rdparty partners, coordinating activity and optimizing performance based on results.
- Coordinating all cruise line and brand campaign activity ensuring their promotion onsite and across a variety of marketing channels.
- Production of banners using Fresh Relevance software to support cruise line campaign messages and visibility onsite.
- Write optimized website content to improve on site conversion performance and SEO rankings.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to implement changes that drive performance improvements across all of our campaigns.
- Production of segmented data lists to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right audience.
- Keep abreast of competitor activity and up-to-date with cruise ship/brand news.

**What we need from you**:

- A relevant degree or college qualification or up to 1 year marketing experience.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas for feedback and making progress together.
- You are passionate about performance marketing and motivated by results.
- You follow the latest online trends and want to see how these work in practice.
- You're analytical and want to make data driven decisions, keen to implement tests where you can see the results.
- You are a self-learner and able to grasp new digital tools using digital guides, videos etc.
- You are passionate about travel and able to convey this through written content.
- You’ll have good attention to detail and a desire to get things right.
- You’ll have good numeracy skills and love getting the most from a spreadsheet
