**A bit about the role**
Do you want to start your career in digital marketing? Do you have a passion for travel? This could be the role for you

Working within a fast paced, results focused organisation, on 3 of the cruise travel industries leading agency websites there are plenty of opportunities to gain hands on digital marketing experience with opportunities to progress.

You’ll gain hands on experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Display campaigns. You’ll be ready to learn, results focused with a keen eye for detail and ready to make changes that deliver measurable results. Full training will be provided in the role but a knowledge of the digital marketing channel mix would be advantageous. You’ll be part of a busy marketing team and report into the Digital Marketing Manager**.**

**A bit about you**
- You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas for feedback and making progress together.
- You are passionate about performance marketing and motivated by results.
- You follow the latest online trends and want to see how these work in practice.
- You're analytical and want to make data driven decisions, keen to implement tests where you can see the results.
- You are a self learner and able to grasp new digital tools using digital guides, videos etc.
- You are passionate about travel and able to convey this through written content.
- You will have a relevant degree or college qualification or up to 1 year marketing experience
- You’ll have good attention to detail and a desire to get things right
- You’ll have good numeracy skills and love getting the most from a spreadsheet
