**The Right Fit**

This position is about more than just qualifications and experience. We’re looking for someone with the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn new skills, explore ideas and evolve with us.
You will be required to work closely alongside the team, initially, with a view to working from home if and when appropriate.

**Overview**

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating digital video content from the scripting and storyboarding stage through to producing the final video. In return, you will have the unique opportunity to grow and develop your skills, bringing your own ideas and ambitions to projects.

As well as a proficiency in digital video editing and animation and motion graphics, you will also need to have strong communication and creative skills so that you are able to help specify, design, illustrate and build digital videos from conception to delivery.

You’ll need to be a problem solver and be able to adapt to using new tools in order to get the job done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicating regularly with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Delivering on time to tight deadlines.

**Essential Software Skills**:

- For this job, you will need to provide us with demonstrable skills in the following software:_
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop

**Essential Creative Skills**:

- Digital video animation and compositing using the above software in order to create high-quality, great looking videos for training, marketing and other similar purposes.
- Proficient in ground-up graphic design and illustration to help form animation sequences.
- Working with digital audio such as voice-over and sound effects.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with E-learning and LMS systems
- 3D Design and Animation skills
- Experience producing interactive video content

**Qualifications**

We require you to have a relevant degree or diploma qualification, and/or a strong demonstrable portfolio of experience, for this role.

**Working Hours**

The role will require 37.5 hours per week, and we operate our core business hours Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 5:00pm. The role will include 28 days holiday including bank holidays per annum.

Our office is located approximately 30 minutes south of Norwich city centre. Initially, you will be expected to work closely alongside us at our office, with the ultimate goal of being able to enjoy remote working from home if you desire.

**Salary**

£20,000 - £25,000 depending on skills and experience.
