Digital Content Creator to join our growing Marketing team.

Digital Content Creator will be a key member of the Marketing Team tasked with the creation, production and delivery of client facing digital content across our range of digital channels.


Initially you will work exclusively with the Head of Training to create a series of short (3 to 5 minutes) animated videos for our online energy markets learning and development service.


  • On completion of this project (circa. 6 months), the role holder will embed fully within the Marketing Team to produce content for all our digital channels, including our publications, website, portals, and social media accounts.
Key Responsibilities

  • Working initially with the Head of Training, to produce a series of animated videos using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro and After Effects
  • Leading on the creation of a library of energy market animated videos to support our new online learning and development service
  • Edit talking head videos including splicing, sound editing, colour grading, adding professional transitions and animations
  • Working within the Marketing team to create engaging content for all our digital channels
  • Support teams across all offices (Melbourne, Dublin, London, and Norwich), as required, to create and deliver digital content
  • Creation of shortform videos for LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube shorts to help advertise longer videos, our products and increase brand awareness
  • Take a proactive role in the team, contributing ideas and learnings to the business
  • Regularly update digital marketing channels with new and engaging content, including the website, portals, and social media
  • Work with the wider team to produce, edit and publish energy market podcasts
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital activities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 years' experience of digital content creation
  • 3 to 5 years' experience (minimum) of video editing and graphic animation
  • Experience in all aspects of video postproduction including editing, colour grading, encoding and compression.
  • Experience of editing podcasts with Adobe Auditions
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience in using a WordPress CMS
  • Experience in developing and managing social media campaigns (Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube)
  • Enthusiastic attitude to develop and lead on establishing an inhouse library of video content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of digital reporting platforms and monitoring success
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and timekeeping skills
  • Interest and curiosity in the energy market
