This is new,exciting and evolving role within Millenium Support, which will see you collaborate with different departments within the business as well as our external partners.

This is an important role within the organisation, where you will bring your expertise in quality assurance and compliance. You will build strong and effective working relationships to drive up quality standards, resulting in tangible outcomes.

We are looking for people who have demonstrable experience of working with quality management systems and quality assurance practices and experience of working to improve the quality of services.

**About you**
- Substantial experience of working in adult social care to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people
- Full working knowledge of current statutory and regulatory guidelines governing the operation of services for people with learning disabilities and autistic people
- Good working knowledge of CQC, Health and Social Care Act, DoLS, Mental Capacity Act, Health and Safety, GDPR and other relevant legislation and sector best practice.
- Substantial experience of quality/ compliance management systems
- Previous experience of developing and implementing quality/ compliance management systems, including the development of audits
- Demonstrable experience of preparing for inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
- A proven track record of successful quality assurance monitoring

**What will you be doing**
- Assist the Quality Manager/Head of Quality to monitor and review quality assurance process to ensure they are in place and fit for purpose.
