**ROLE SUMMARY**

**Position: Marketing & Sales Administrator**

Briefly describe the main purpose of the role

A new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Administrator. Working in a fast paced, dynamic and ever-changing technology environment you will work closely with all departments within the Company to support vital activities within our business and become a key member of our team.

A passion for continuous learning to support the business goals is also necessary.

**Key Responsibility Areas**: Categories the duties of the role into the 3-5 major areas of responsibility. Divide these into steps explaining the main activities

**Marketing Support**:

- Working with management to coordinate company events; this can include locating venues, managing preparation, ensuring adequate stock of gift items and literature and ensuring the day is a success
- Meeting with the head of the department to assess, analyse, and develop action plans for sales and marketing
- Liaising with PR agency, sales team and customers for the creation of case studies, press releases and references
- Work alongside management to maintain and update the content of the company website and social media channels
- Assisting the setup and ongoing activities for our Company Marketing Campaigns
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and distribution to recover marketing funds for activities
- Arranging vendor lunch and learns with the Sales and / or Technical Teams
- Ad-hoc administrative support to include data entry, presentations development, reporting and data cleansing activities

**Sales & Operations Support**:

- Assisting in the management of projects and contracts in the CRM & Service Desk platform
- Helping to oversee the Managed Service contracts within the Service Desk platform and ensuring all contractual milestones are met
- Client on-boarding to our CRM & Service Desk platforms
- Take part in Vendor Training activities to allow technical knowledge to grow in line with business needs as a basic understanding of technology will be needed for the role

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
