Sales Development Representative - Umbrella/Payroll Solutions

For many years our client has been a highly trusted leader in supplying contractor/business solutions covering payroll, tax and accountancy services to numerous markets. Through their extensive portfolio of services, they are well positioned to meet the needsof today's proactive and professional contractor/company, delivering bespoke solutions for individuals or companies in both the SME and corporate sectors. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening in Waltham Abbey for a Sales Development Representativeto join their customer focused sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

- Proactively call potential and prospect accounts to present services and book confirmed/qualified appointments for senior colleagues
- Utilise an existing database to develop prospects
- Research and map out new prospects
- Receive full and ongoing training
- Rapidly progress your career into a client facing position
The ideal, degree educated Sales Development Representative will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

- A recent degree
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Show genuine drive, business acumen and a true desire for career progression
- High levels of motivation, attention to detail and a natural ability to build relationships
- Possess a current driving licence and live within an easy commute of Waltham Abbey
The successful Sales Development Representative can expect:

- A starting salary circa 20-25k
- An uncapped first year OTE of 30-40k
- An excellent benefits package
- Ongoing training

- Company season tickets to Tottenham (for client entertainment)
