Sheffield, United Kingdom Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work 1 day per week (7.5 hours) in Endoscopy to support the Endoscopy Training Centre. This is a temporary position for 12 months.

The post holder will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative duties for the Sheffield Endoscopy Training Centre, coordinating courses and events.

The post holder will work collaboratively with faculty, delegates, and other external contact outside of the Trust to provide a coordinated and seamless service.

The purpose of the training centre is to provide effective endoscopy training to national and internal delegates and the post holder will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative duties for the Sheffield Endoscopy Training Centre.

You will be required to work closely with the course director, Endoscopy assistant service manager and Medical Personnel.

You will work on JAG systems to ensure confirmed courses are available for delegates to book and you will liaise directly with those delegates, ensuring a smooth admission process by obtaining the required documentation and send invoices accordingly.
