We have recently secured additional funding to expand our dementia provision and are looking for people passionate about providing excellence in dementia service provision to join our team.

Wellbeing Centre Assistant Coordinators - 21 hours 9am - 4pm 3 days per week at Norfolk Park - Ref: NPWBCA1222

£ 10,952 actual plus pension and 30 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro rata) Do you have experience of supporting people living with dementia and their families? Would you enjoy getting to know individual customers and their life stories and relish the opportunity to help run a centre of wellbeing where people living with memory loss and dementia support each other, pursue activities and develop new interests? The successful applicant will enjoy raising aspirations, listening and facilitating conversation and individual and group activities. Cognitive Stimulation Therapy and Dementia Stars training will be provided.
