**ROLE **SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this **role?**

To support the UK Head of HR & UK HR Business Partner in a) providing and coordinating operational support across all HR workstreams in collaboration with Global Business Services (GBS HR), b) delivering HR Talent & Reward cycles, key process improvements and data quality assurance and c) contributing to UK HR projects delivery.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- **
Talent Management**:Support UK HRBP in planning and coordinating the annual performance review, calibration, talent review & development planning processes. This includes preparation of all performance management and leadership potential assessment-related activities throughout the HR cycle, ensuring data accuracy on HR systems and the timely provision of reports. Coordinates training nominations and organizes virtual sessions.
- **Organization Effectiveness (OE)/Organization Design (OD)**:Provide support to UK HRBP on specific OE/OD initiatives including restructures, Your Voice (employee engagement survey) activities. Support UK HRBP in reviewing and tracking headcount and all other employment costs drivers in close collaboration with all Finance BPs.
- ** Reward**:Support UK HRBP on accurate and timely delivery of the annual salary and bonus review processes. Guide line managers in creating role profiles and work with Reward on job evaluation process.
- **Data Management**:Act as data quality champion for HR & RSUs. Deliver excellent standards of data quality to support talent management, workforce planning and reward processes. Responsible for Success Factors position management and HR Data Quality Assurance Process (DQAP) monthly reports. Work closely with GBS HR in ensuring data integrity including compensation changes, system updates, reporting and analytics, letter and contract generation.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, **KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience **Required**
- University/graduate caliber
- CIPD/part qualified (or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years generalist or specialist HR experience, preferably in a large multinational & matrixed organization
- Internship experience gained in BAT would be considered as well

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills** Required**
- Strong HR professional knowledge base including local employment practices/UK employment law
- SAP and/or Success Factors experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Experienced in handling core HR processes and systems
- Organized and analytical with strong attention to details
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Always maintains confidentiality
