We are seeking a volunteer Partnerships Assistant to join our Fundraising team to help us to maximise our income through partnerships with businesses. This is a great opportunity to develop desirable skills and experience of working in a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation. **General responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the Fundraising team with marketing campaigns and funding proposals

**Responsibilities specific to role**:
Help to write fundraising materials, including content for the PSJ UK website

Help the team to research sources of funding and create funding proposals

Assist the team with providing administrative and practical support for Fundraising events involving corporate partners

**Qualifications and Educational requirements**:
GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualifications

**Preferred Skills and Experiences**

Genuine interest in the cause supported by the International Organisation for Peace-building and Social Justice (PSJ UK)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal skills - ability to build sustainable relationships for the long term

Ability to spot new opportunities for successful partnerships

Able to strictly observe confidentiality and laws relating to Data Protection

Good MS Office skills and conversant with other tools

**Category: Voluntary**

**Hours: flexible to suit volunteers within standard office hours (9am - 5pm)**

**Attendance at key Fundraising events outside of these hours may be encouraged.**

**Location: Kings Cross, London and/or remote, depending on role. Travel to specific Fundraising events may be encouraged**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Volunteer

**Salary**: £1.00 per year
