Hours - 37.5 per week

Location - Flexible - Desk space is available in Cardiff or we will support remote working

Salary - £25,000 per annum

Holiday - 25 days

Responsible to - Head of Commissioning

**Job Summary**

This role is a vital part of the commissioning service we provide to our clients. You’ll play a part in developing tender submissions for contracts for a range of services across the UK including training, mental health and family support on behalf of our clients. This will include completing qualification questionnaires, coordinating tender submissions and uploading them through online portals.

In addition you will lead on researching funding pipelines for clients to help them develop target fundraising campaigns to grant and statutory funders.

**Key Roles**
- To be a first point of enquiry to clients for the business and act as an ambassador for all services provided by the consultancy
- To support commissioning activities, including registering for commissioning portals, downloading documents, maintaining online files, communication with clients
- To support business development activities, including working with clients and funders to broker commissioning relationships and alerting clients to potential funding opportunities
- To contribute to Consultancy management information systems including databases, funding pipelines
- To maintain successful records - including monthly billing information for commissioning clients
- Other reasonable requests made by the Head of Commissioning / Director

**Salary**: £24,158.79-£26,500.00 per year
