Our client are an FCA-regulated IFA Network operating since 2002 that supports a network of Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and IFA businesses across the UK

They are looking to appoint a new Administrator. The role will be office based and support the financial and revenue reconciliation team. You will have strong attention to detail and ability to follow and optimise processes. Confidence using Excel and ability to learn new software solutions is a must

You will be supporting the commission accounts team with revenue reconciliation. This involves communicating with financial product providers regarding statements and payments, loading statements and payment details onto commission processing system, processing statements and payments and running system reports for internal reconciliation and clients. You will naturally build strong relationships with IFA firms and deal with ad hoc IFA queries.

The role is office based, with a new on-site Gym available for you to use.
