Our client is one of East Anglia’s leading suppliers of water softeners, based in Eye in Suffolk, who both supply and service water softeners amongst various other services and products.

They are passionate about their dedicated customer service and building long lasting relationships with their client base. Due to growth, they are now looking for a like-minded individual to join their team as an Office Administrator.

The Officer Administrator will be an all-rounder helping with the administration of the business due to an increase in demand and recent growth. Being a family-run business, you will be willing to “get your hands dirty” and help the team with ad hoc tasks where required.

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- Diary Management
- Raising invoices through Xero and updating the system with diary notes
- Updating the company Pages database with customer sales information and upselling to existing customers where required
- Helping with deliveries and inbound stock
- Social media management
- Customer care and aftercare calls, upselling where appropriate

**Person Specification**
- A highly motivated individual who is able to self-start
- Xero experience would be highly beneficial but not absolutely essential for the right person
- Ideally 2+ years experience in an office environment but not essential for the right person
- Willing to work in a family-based team
- An all-rounder who is happy to support the team with ad-hoc tasks where required
- A disciplined individual who can be trusted to manage their diary and work diligently
