Property Management Officer

Role - Property Management Officer

Location - Solihull (Hybrid, flexible working, 37.5 hours)

Salary - £22,000 to £25,000/- per annum

**About the role** - Our client who is a UK specialist bank is currently looking for someone with excellent organisation and communication skills to join their Redbrick Property Management team based in Solihull.
- Be capable of organising, prioritising and completing tasks within set timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of how to communicate with customers experiencing personal or financial difficulties
- Ability to make rational judgements from available information and analysis
- Ability to challenge business policies, processes and procedures in a constructive and effective manner

**Qualifications and experience** Good customer service and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience in property management is preferred but not essential.

**Relevant Training will be provided
