As a Collections Agent at Silicon Credit Management, you'll play a pivotal role in helping individuals navigate their financial challenges with dignity and respect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Empathetic Approach**: Act as the first point of contact for customers in arrears, holding compassionate conversations to uncover the root causes of their financial difficulties.
- **Tailored Solutions**: Negotiate affordable and sustainable payment plans, considering each customer's personal circumstances and financial situation.
- **Resource Referral**: Provide customers with guidance and signpost them to free and independent money advice organizations or internal support services for assistance in resolving indebtedness or personal difficulties.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Operate in strict adherence to FCA conduct rules, Consumer Duty principles, and other relevant regulations, including the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Demonstrate our 'customer-first' approach by taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring the right outcomes are achieved the first time.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 8-6 Mon-Fri and 9-12 Saturday.
