Initial contact with customers requiring repair or service to automatic entrance doors
- Logging job details on in-house management software (JobLogic)
- Liaising with field service engineers, including logistics and job/route planning
- Ordering and dispatching spare parts for repairs or quoted works
- Managing planned maintenance contracts
- Handling job completion details from engineers to either invoice or pass to estimators for quoting
- Keep clients updated at every stage of job
- Duty for out of hours call handling (paid extra, on rota basis)

**Skills / Experience**
- Customer service, field service management
- Microsoft Office essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good geographical knowledge to assist route planning
- Team player, work well under pressure

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bridgnorth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
