**£11 per hour | Long term Temporary position | Exeter**

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality service to customers? Do you have SAP experience? If so, our client, an innovative and exciting company based in Exeter is looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their thriving teamon a long-term temporary basis.

**Customer Service and Logistics Co-Ordinator responsibilities include: -**
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, and always look for improvement.
- Receive and process customer orders on the system, following prescribed processes
- Liaise with Sales, Purchasing and Stock Control to assess stock levels of standard items, and allocate stock for spot orders and contract call-offs.
- Proactively advise internal stakeholders of supply, technical and logístical/storage issues before they become business-critical.
- Work as a proactive member of the Customer Service team, Switchboard cover, take and transferring incoming calls when Reception is busy.

**Customer Service and Logistics Co-Ordinator requirements include: -**
- SAP experience is Essential
- Proven experience in Customer Services
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Well organised and able to multi-task.
- Keen to learn, with a 'can do, will do’ attitude.
- Good Microsoft Office software knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
