**Dual Site Store Manager - North London**

- Leads a team across 2 to 3 stores, inspiring customer service excellence, whilst adhering to company and regulatory requirements and ensuring the achievement of financial goals.
- Remotely coordinates and organises the team to meet the needs of customers based across diverse demographics ensuring all Deputy Managers and Colleagues are motivated, well trained, engaged and feel proud of their role within the local community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team leadership**
- Coaches, develops and motivates the team, creating a unified single-team approach to achieve their quarterly goals, so that all colleagues are prepared and engaged for each customer, and inspired to deliver their best across their stores

**People management**
- Creates an environment for Deputy Managers and Colleagues that promotes continuous development, passion and flexibility to meet the needs of each customer, ensuring they are multi-skilled across all store products, meet regulatory and operational requirements,and offer a positive and seamless service.
- Customer experience
- Leads by example, develops and maintains knowledge of our product range personally and across the team, ensuring delivery of customer service excellence.

**Operational compliance**

Sets clear expectations for the team, leads by example and oversees regulatory and legal requirements, company policy and operating procedure. Ensures Deputy managers and Colleagues maintain a safe, secure and compliant environment across the stores withintheir remit that protects our people, our customers, our visitors, assets and property.

**Financial management**

Motivates and inspires the team to deliver all financial and regulatory performance measures, controls costs and effectively distributes the team, ensuring that their stores are consistently profitable and opportunities for growth are capitalised.

**Area contribution**

Makes an active, supportive contribution to the wider regional team, shares best practice and the transfer of knowledge, in order to ensure the whole business succeeds.

**Projects & initiatives**

Plans and implements changes or new initiatives effectively (e.g. new products, ways of working or policies/procedures), considering operational impact as well as specific learning styles within the team, communicating clearly and positively so that disruptionis minimised and changes are seamlessly integrated for customers and colleagues

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Exudes passion for standards and delivers an exceptional experience for teams and customers alike
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prepared to travel between multiple sites

**DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Have been a Manager or Remote Manager in a previous role
