Veezu are currently looking for a Senior Dispatch Executive to join our busy Journey Booking Contact Centre in our brand new, Cardiff office on a full-time, permanent basis

As a Senior Dispatch Executive, you will work in partnership with Driver Partners to ensure passengers are transported efficiently and on time. You will minimise Driver Partner rejects and cancellations through strong and effective relationships and clear communication and manage Passenger experience through strong and effective collaboration with our front-line teams throughout the shift. In addition, the Senior Dispatch Executive will, as required, lead the overall successful running of workflow and dispatch throughout the shift

**What can you expect as a Dispatch Executive?**
- 8 hour shifts
- 40 hours per week

**Tuesday**:

- 22:00 - 06:00

**Wednesday**:

- 22:00 - 06:00

**Thursday**:

- 22:00 - 06:00

**Friday** - 22:00 - 06:00

**Saturday**:

- 22:00 - 06:00

**During your journey as a Senior Dispatch Executive, you will**
- Be responsible for ensuring workflow optimisation, being the central bridge for communicating to overflow and support staff when they are required to attend shift to manage excess demand.
- Supporting Dispatch Executives on shift during busy and peak times to ensure that Driver Partners and Passengers are getting the best experience.
- Pick up and manage any serious/ escalated complaints that relate to late bookings or dispatch related issues.
- Manage and keep the zone controller accurate and up to date throughout the shift so that the right information can be provided to Passengers and bookings can be optimised.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to Dispatchers to ensure the correct processes are followed.
- Help to ensure quality delivery and continuous improvement, taking responsibility for understanding, meeting and exceeding your objectives and KPIs.
- Respond promptly and courteously to telephone bookings, capturing accurate information and processing this in an efficient manner.
- Ensure that all customer and account payments are processed efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are logged accurately and within agreed timeframes, escalating to the relevant team member wherever necessary.
