Jacksons Workwear Rental are a leading workwear rental company based in the thriving City of Lincoln. Having been established for 230 years, this family-owned and run business have a loyal customer base and an excellent reputation in the market place.

**Role overview**

You will be a crucial member of the Customer Service team working alongside the Regional Account Managers. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention and growth. This role is a varied one and typical duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Administration associated with customer changes or requests
- Processing customer garment orders
- Arranging additional services (for example dust mats or logo badges)
- Dealing with ad hoc customer queries or complaints
- Answering the phones
- Prioritising workload based on internal and external stakeholder requirements
- Generating reports based on customer requirements
- Providing instructions for the transport team based on customer requests
- Recording all conversations and activity on the CRM
- Scanning all relevant documents to the internal document storage system

You will work 38.5 hours per week.

Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 8am - 3pm (30 minutes lunch)

**You will need to be / have**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) and a good telephone manner
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
- Good attention to detail and used to spotting errors
- Organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strong administration and computer skills and capable of picking up new systems

Customer service experience is a necessity for this role; we’re looking for a proactive individual who understands the importance of delivering what we have promised. You’ll be a team player, able to react quickly and be successful in seeing things through to completion.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
