**About The Role**:

**Tech Troubleshooting**: Log support calls and dive into solving software and hardware issues for PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. You'll be our go-to person for all things tech

**Team Player**: Work closely with our team to allocate support requests and provide assistance where needed. Your collaboration will keep our operations running like clockwork.

**Tech Guru**: Provide training and support on devices, ensuring everyone feels confident and empowered to use them effectively. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve

**Administrative Wizardry**: Help keep things running smoothly by assisting with ordering stationery, supplies, and equipment. Your organizational skills will be key to our success

**Security Superhero**: Help keep our systems safe from unauthorized access or loss. Your vigilance will ensure our data remains secure at all times.

**Innovative Thinker**: Assist in identifying trends and improvements to enhance our services. Your fresh perspective will drive us towards excellence

**Creative Solutions**: Help maintain our systems and software, ensuring they're up to date and running smoothly. Your attention to detail will keep us on track

**About You**:
We're looking for somebody with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.

You should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

We would expect you to be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks.
