This is _**not**_ _an office based role Shifts are only available on operational Event days._

**Pay **: £13.75 per hour
**Start date : 3rd February 2023 (there may be 1 or 2 shifts available in December)**
- Thursdays 5pm -1am
- Fridays 5pm - 12am OR 7pm - 4am
- Saturdays 9am - 12am
- Sunday 11am - 1am
- Mondays 09:30 to 00:00 (Bank Holidays only)

We are looking for a passionate people person who is outgoing, warm and confident for live show days to support our Staffing Manager and Operations team with the running of Event days. February to April will be the finale of Printworks before it closes its doors for the foreseeable and the show calendar is stacked out Some weeks may even be 5 show days, so ideally you will be available for at least 2 shifts a week.

Ideally, you will have some Staffing Operations experience in either festivals, large nightclubs, stadiums or major events with over 100 staff per event. Printworks is a busy and fast paced environment with a capacity of 6,000 guests over 2 main rooms with break outs.

You must be comfortable engaging with large teams with staff of all levels, including some with little to no experience. Organised and tidy by nature with a keen eye for attention to detail, you will strive to cement Printworks as one of the best nightclubs in Europe

We are looking for confident individuals that are passionate about working in

**Main Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Signing staff in and out (both agency and Field Vision teams)
- Allocating staff to their areas
- Completing induction paperwork
- Allocating staff to their areas
- Reallocating staff where needed most
- Dealing with any staff welfare or misconduct issues as they occur
- Accompanying/witnessing staff searches if needed
- Ensuring the Staffing Hub is clean, tidy and well stocked
- Being a warm and approachable member of the Field Vision team to keep motivation and engagement high
- Working alongside our Staffing Agency partner to keep all bars well-staffed during peak times and reducing the impact of any Staff shortages on the wider operation

**What you’ll need**:

- Previous Staffing experience in large venues and events preferred (100+ staff on site)
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Works well within a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English speaking, comprehension and written language
- Confident, friendly and outgoing
- Decisive and comfortable in taking a 'firm but fair' approach
- Positive approach
- Resilient and able to maintain energy levels on long shifts
- Proactive and reactive - able to problem solve quickly and make decisions under pressure

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £13.75 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, SE16 7PJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
