**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can support and deliver marketing activities to drive awareness, nurture engagement and ultimately deliver Marketing Qualified Leads for our International Risk Management & Assistance side of the business.

You will be an experienced individual with a strong desire to channel your creativity into measurable results, delivering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**KEY ACTIVITIES / MAIN DUTIES**
- Assisting writing and scheduling social media updates, as well as helping to create content and maintain our company website.
- Assisting in creating digital assets and marketing collateral such as infographics, videos and PDFs and PowerPoint presentations, using platforms such as Canva and Adobe suite.
- Utilise HubSpot marketing tools to build communication journeys for marketing segments, to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Help in managing our industry events calendar to drive brand awareness and generate interest.
- Monitoring progress of campaigns using various metrics and creating reports, analysing data to evaluate trends, brand awareness and engagement.
- Supporting internal communications, working closely with our HR department.

**OBJECTIVES**
- Support the marketing team in raising Healix’s brand awareness amongst key target audiences
- Develop collateral and communications to increase engagement and drive interest in our brand
- Help the marketing team generate and nurture high quality Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Successfully grow our Social Media following across all channels.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Essential**
- B2B experience essential, ideally 1 years + experience in content or social media marketing.
- A creative eye, with experience using design tools such as Canva. Experience using Adobe products is desirable.
- Familiarity with CMS systems, such as WordPress.
- Experience of working with CRM software / marketing scheduling tools, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent project management skills to assist in the planning and design of campaigns for different media, working with other members of the marketing department and sales team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to assist in driving marketing campaigns forward.
- Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple teams and departments across the business.
- Ability to deliver to deadlines in a fast paced environment with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Highly motivated with an eye for quality and close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
