**Key Responsibilities**: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks to maintain the facility's functionality and efficiency. Your duties will include but are not limited to: - Coordinating maintenance and repairs for equipment, systems, and infrastructure within the facility - Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery - Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment - Responding to facility-related issues and emergencies in a timely manner - Collaborating with various teams to support facility operations - Assisting with relocation and space planning projects as needed
**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications: - Previous experience in facilities management or a related field - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
**Working Hours and Compensation**: Your shift will start at 9:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM, providing you with a full day to make a significant impact in the role. You will be compensated at a rate of £12.00 per hour for your hard work and dedication.
