**This is where YOU come in**

Your role will involve supervising the efficient operation of CitySprints On-site AAH business operation. You will be reporting into the General Manager.

As a successful Onsite Supervisor you will be responsible for day to day driver/courier queries and an escalation points for any client queries.

**Roles & Responsibilities of an Onsite Supervisor**:

- Train and supervise the delivery schedules to the customers specification
- Attend client review meetings as required and discuss/report on, on site performance
- Ensure all couriers and routes achieve performance KPI’s
- Ensure recruitment levels and spare drivers are at an adequate level
- Monitor and record all service issues relating to routes covered by CitySprint in addition to ad hoc and special requests and deliveries.
- Competently produce any reports that AAH may require including reports on courier performance and training records
- Effective management of CitySprint’s and the client’s health and safety policy and procedures, including regular risk assessments, accident reporting, manual training and any other relevant on-site procedure
- Adherence to all aspects of our ISO Environment & Quality systems
- All jobs are collected and delivered with agreed timescales - Deliver by Time

**Skills needed for an Onsite Supervisor**:

- Strong verbal & written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build successful/strong stakeholder relationships across all functions whilst maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Remains objective, actively troubleshoots and pursues solutions when issues/problems occur
- Produce and submit accurate reports with Courier Pay department regarding courier invoices, deductions, and transactions
- Manage multiple projects in a face paced environment
- Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
- Proven proficiency of creating, analysing and disseminating clear and concise reports with context
- Ability to work autonomously where required
- Confidently deal with queries and any problems that may arise in a quick and efficient manner
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
